Eco-Friendly stylist Kate Chipinski is passionate about unique designs, "I always love when I can share and help this amazing community. Plus, you can have unique, sometimes one of a kind pieces in your home, making it that much more special." Kate became an accidental influencer as she transformed 1980's fixer-upper into a sophisticated lake front retreat. Leading by example, she curated creator made pieces (including prints we love by Erik Linton!) and created a minimal amount of design waste along the way, "I am big on being eco-friendly... Everything we've taken out we've donated. We've never gotten a dumpster" Kate said. We love that Kate's home is minimal and polished but layered with unique, diy, and antique details. "My look is a bunch of styles all mixed into one — some midcentury modern, up-cycled vintage, modern farmhouse and Scandinavian," she said.
