“Mother Earth"
3.5 years ago, I painted my first ever piece and I titled it “Mother Earth”. I chose the same color scheme. The color shades that called me. To this day, whatever colors I shift to, this is what makes me feel at home, this is what I come back to.
A couple of weeks back, I had the privilege to collaborate with a wonderful photographer, Gabriel. He photographed me while I painted this. And obviously, painting a piece easily (at the bare minimum) takes a few hours (and then at LEAST a few more days on the side to touch upon the details). He basically waited so patiently throughout the whole basic process that day to capture the “work in progress situation”. This piece wouldn’t have materialized if it weren’t for the wonderful team that day.
