Fibre Cube is made from our Jute Tile material, which consist out of 50% wasted jute fibre from the flooring industry. In this design we literally show the material from its other side. Revealing its rough and unpolished character by the use of a plastering technique. The cube is completely handmade in our Dutch studio. It can be placed on every side and is hollow to minimize its weight. It's designed as a small side table or decorative object / pedestal.

It's made to order, several sizes are possible.

Atelier LVDW is an award-winning art & design studio founded by Laura van de Wijdeven, focused on bio-based and biodegradable interior surfaces, objects and artworks. Working with natural materials and organic waste streams, the studio creates tactile and circular designs that bring people closer to nature. Every project starts with the material itself, resulting in intuitive and sensory designs with a strong handcrafted character. Alongside innovative interior applications, Atelier LVDW also creates artworks and material installations in which experimentation, texture and natural processes play a central role. All pieces are handmade in the Netherlands with a careful and nature-friendly approach.
