"When the Clay Turns Cold" series. Clay and flame embody two forces between which form comes into being. Clay is receptive to touch and capable of change, yet it remains fragile. Flame has no gentleness: it tests, destroys, and at the same time gives strength. Neither element alone can complete the process of transformation.
The work considers human identity as matter shaped through contact with forces that cannot be fully controlled. Pressure, loss, and inner conflict leave their marks, yet they are also what gives an initially malleable form its lasting character.
Clay and Flame is not a story of one force triumphing over another. It is a reflection on the creative nature of tension. True wholeness does not arise from invulnerability, but from the ability to pass through change while preserving the memory of everything that once touched our still-unformed shape.
