AK4002: The Pour Skinny Rain Pendant DESCRIPTION: A Modern Light Sculpture Inspired by Nature. “The Pour” Skinny Rain chandelier is an extraordinary teardrop-shaped light installation that captures the ephemeral beauty of falling rain. Designed to mimic the motion of water pouring from a carafe, this sculptural piece offers a dramatic yet delicate architectural presence, making it an unforgettable focal point. Each raindrop is hand-blown, ensuring that no two drops are alike, just like in nature. The drop is made of two parts: a brass screw cap that houses the light source, and a crystal glass body that reflects and disperses light, creating a soft ripple effect and shimmering “puddles” of light on the floor below. Suspended from brass pipes of varying lengths arranged in a grid inspired by concentric ripples, the teardrops hang in a perfectly choreographed flow. A mirrored base seamlessly nestled between two columns reflects the drops endlessly, giving the illusion of rain frozen in time—an ethereal composition both poetic and technical. “The Pour” is more than lighting—it's a modern art piece, designed to elevate its environment, define space, and enchant every passerby with its organic elegance and luminous storytelling.
