Playing with Shadows and Textures

is a New York-based sculptural art studio producing handcrafted wall reliefs and architectural objects. Each piece is developed through rigorous exploration of raw materials — fiber-reinforced plaster blends, and charred wood — with a focus on structural rhythm and the interplay of light and shadow.
The studio was founded by Nugo Dvalishvili, an architect with over a decade of experience spanning award-winning residential and commercial projects. That dual perspective — sculptor and architect — means every piece functions not only as a visual object, but as a considered contribution to a room's volume and spatial experience.
All works are individually handcrafted in our Brooklyn studio. Custom and bespoke commissions are available for residential and high-end commercial projects.
