"I can only start with a plan - the muse and the silk process have minds of their own. I always end up with something that I realize was half from me and half from.....?"

"I want people to feel alive, happy and respect for the beauty of nature."

What funny moments, unexpected surprises, or obstacles have you encountered?

"One time I was stuck on what to do next on a large piece, and I asked the universe to help guide me. A sudden rogue wind suddenly blew thru my studio knocking two cups of red dye on to the spot in question. It worked perfectly!"
